Job Description: 

POSITION PURPOSE

This position provides temporary, project-based assistance in the Organizational Change Management group. It is designed to offer real-world experience to students pursuing Computer Related degree program. The incumbent will gain exposure to Cooperative operations and practices while supporting teams with hands-on tasks and assignments appropriate to their field of study.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Coordinate logistics for training and testing activities, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through surveys and metrics to support continuous improvement
  • Compile and share training resources (e.g., LinkedIn Learning courses) and assist in developing user guides, FAQs, and other materials.
  • Assist in developing test strategies, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and developers to translate system requirements into actionable test cases.
  • Manage and update IT OCM SharePoint pages to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing communications across multiple channels (email, Teams, posters, resource hubs).
  • Support cascading communications by preparing talking points for project team members and leaders. 
  • Gather and document change impact data for IT initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT teams to align technical delivery with user impact planning
  • Attend workshop meetings for IT initiatives to understand business impacts and contribute to change granularity
  • Attend team meetings and trainings as required
  • Follow safety, security, and procedural guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES CONTINUED

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, communications, or education; or
  • Be enrolled as a full-time student in an associate’s degree in information technology or communications.
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous internship or relevant work experience.
  • Additional certifications or coursework in field of study.
     

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position and to move about the office building, occasional reaching below and above shoulder level, constant use of keyboard/computer and other office productivity machinery, bending, kneeling, lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds.

Wage: $21-$23/hour
